I’m Susiane Costa Sousa, CEO of New Concept Hair Removal. Originally from Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil, I lived there until I graduated with a law degree at 22 years old.
In 2013, I moved to Massachusetts, USA, to further my studies and improve my English.

Not intending to practice law as a profession and noticing a certain gap in the market, I decided to work in hair removal. I studied and graduated in aesthetics and obtained my license from the state of Massachusetts. In 2019, I opened my first hair removal studio, specializing in comfortable waxing. In 2021, I initiated a new project, New Concept Hair Removal, which, in addition to providing high-quality hair removal services for clients, also offers training for professionals who wish to achieve excellence in their services, using our exclusive New Concept Hard Wax.

Today, my goal is to help all women who desire to feel free of hair and have healthy skin, boosting their self-esteem in a place that is a reference for quality service and comfort, with highly qualified professionals trained in the “New Concept” standard, ensuring a differentiated service to provide an exceptional experience during hair removal.
